Customer Service Representative (Chicago-Downtown)
About the Position
Mbira Technologies is looking for bright, motivated musicians with customer service, call center, or gear sales experience to serve our customers via phone, email, and chat.
Work alongside other musicians in a fun, creative atmosphere with regular training opportunities to enhance your gear knowledge and customer service/sales skills. Big discounts on gear as well!
We are currently on a hybrid schedule, which consists of mainly work-from-home with in-office trainings, which occur 2-3 days per month.
Start immediately with up to 40 hours per week. Part-time work is also available to fit school, touring, performance, etc. schedules. Some evenings and/or weekends are required.
Qualifications
• Expert knowledge of musical gear and recording equipment
• Customer service or gear sales experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good computer/typing skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required
